splendid stay
staff friendliness super clean condition easy distance central location
the staff displayed really good friendliness and readily assisted with directions and recommendations for local attractions.. i also appreciated the super clean condition of my room throughout my visit. the hotel's location proved ideal, as it was within easy walking distance of major sites and restaurants. the quietness was amazing given the central location, close to the castle and st nicolas church.
the hotel lacked air conditioning, a slight inconvenience during warmer days.

enchanting gem!
friendly staff room decor good food modern combination
I found the staff very friendly. our room was so great. I enjoyed the modern and historical decor combination. the café served very good food. I only wished it stayed open later. i will recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
the shower handle in room 301 falls off sometimes. i did hit my cheekbone once. this bathroom should get an update.

Our suite was spacious with very comfortable beds. the design displayed a beautiful mixture of antique pieces and new furnishings. I reminded me of in a fairy tale. the room was very clean, i did noticed it was cleaned even on the day of check out.

I found the location perfect. i could easily reach many attractions with a short walk. the hotel offers valet parking. This service saved me a lot of time. the hotel breakfast was also excellent. There was no reason to find another place.

Really good Stay in EVERY way
courteous service tasty food short walk modern decor
The staff provided prompt and courteous service. The licensed café served tasty food. The location was a short walk to major attractions. The room decor combined modern and historical elements BEAUTIFULLY! I also found a complimentary drink upon arrival a pleasant surprise. Free water was available throughout my stay. The croissants after a night out were a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the super clean room and bathroom that was cleaned daily.
The licensed café closed rather early in the evening.

The staff were very polite. The bar and cafe area inside the hotel was really nice.
The hotel did not have air conditioning. The lobby was stifling on a hot day. The room only had a tiny table fan so it was unbearable to be in the room during the day.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
lack of air conditioning street noise
The staff valet parked the car, made parking convenient.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, a significant issue during a very hot summer day. My room only had a small table fan, and it was uncomfortable to be in the room during the day. Opening the windows at night helped with the temperature, but it also let in a lot of light and street noise, made sleeping difficult.
